OtterTail Environmental, Inc. has the expertise to successfully complete a wide
range of water/hydrology projects. Our capabilities include performing in-situ
water quality measurements, sample collection, continuous monitoring, and
streamflow evaluations.
We also assist our clients with baseline studies, design and implementation of
monitoring programs, data analysis and interpretation, environmental
permitting, and technical report preparation. Our staff is familiar with the
local and federal agencies who review these types of studies and designs.
Our studies provide the client and reviewing agencies with valuable information

quality regulations, including the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water
Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. We have developed an
